Hi, everyone. (raising a hand in greeting) Well... I hope that i enjoy being a deviant here. Oh, i love everybodys artwork. Keep up the good art!
Well, I am always looking for a different approach, especially when dealing with literature. I want to give people an interpretation they may not have seen before. Everybody has seen the traditional Gryphon, the wings, the solid lion body with the heavy eagle upper body. This is simply my take on that creature. A gryphon is a half lion, half eagle (traditionally) so I wanted to blur the lines as to where one started and the other began, so it shows that it has traits of each without being too clearly defined, which is something I find prevalent throughout the Wonderland books, and also very creepy. And while the Gryphon itself isn't meant to be a creepy character in comparison to the rest, this is Wonderland, so everything is going to be a little different.
You did spell amazing right too, and I thank you for your interest and kind words!
Thinking about what you said there, i never thought of that before about making things different from there original approach. interesting. I shall keep in mind about what you told me. thanks. oh thank you for checking my spelling i can get confused sometimes about spelling easy words. (laughs at self). You are welcome about the kind words also, and please continue drawing some cool pictures for me to search for too.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
